Refund Policy

Overview

All books sold through this website are published by VJK Publishing and printed to order. Because each copy is produced specifically for your purchase, refunds and returns are limited.


Print‑to‑Order Policy

Every book is printed individually when an order is placed. This ensures quality and reduces waste, but it also means:

  • Orders cannot be returned for preference‑based reasons
  • Cancellations are not guaranteed once printing begins

Damaged or Defective Items

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, contact contact@rb-rouge.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo of the damage or defect

A replacement will be issued at the discretion of VJK Publishing.


Incorrect Addresses

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Please double‑check your information at checkout.


Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact your local carrier first. If the issue cannot be resolved, email contact@rb-rouge.com and I will assist you.


Non‑Returnable Items

Because books are printed to order, the following items are non‑returnable:

  • Books without defects
  • Books damaged due to customer handling
  • Books returned without prior approval
